Jay Tomkus is an environmental attorney and is the Principal of Corvid Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm focusing on policy advocacy and strategy. He currently represents various interests at the state legislature and in other forums, and is involved in policy discussions, including indigenous peoples’ rights, water policy and environmental justice. Jay previously served as a Staff Attorney at the Arizona State Legislature.
